摘要: The neural histaminergic system modulates cognitive performance in various animal models. However, little is known about the effects of H4 receptor central nervous system. purpose this study was to investigate effect agonist VUF-8430 microinjection into cerebellar vermis on consolidation emotional memory mice subjected elevated plus maze (EPM) and inhibitory avoidance task (IAT). All experiments were performed two consecutive days: exposure (T1 D1) 24h after, which we called re-exposure (T2 D2). animals received saline (SAL) or VUF (0.15 nmol; 0.49 1.48 nmol/0.1μl) administered post-exposure. Experiment 1 conducted EPM, free explore for 5min. In T1, immediately after exposure, pharmacological treatment given; T2, there only EPM. 2 involved IAT, provided post-D1; D2, re-exposed IAT. 1, increased open arm exploration (% entries and% arms time) 1.48nmol recorded T2 compared T1. 2, a significant decrease latency group that SAL D2. These results indicate impaired both models, even though one model anxiety-mediated other fear-mediated
