摘要: The nucleation and growth of Ge fractal clusters in Au/Ge bilayer films have been investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM). It is found that the crystallization, shape transition, size strongly depend on annealing time thickness ratio. formation can be explained a random successive (RSNG) model. transition may determined relative ration between propagation rate RSN process grain rate.
