摘要: The cast quality in chemical bonded sand mould system is influenced primarily by properties such as, compression strength, permeability, gas evolution, and collapsibility. Amount of resin hardener, curing time number strokes influence the properties. experiments are conducted with above mentioned input output, as per Taguchi’s L9 orthogonal array. Pareto analysis variance to determine percent contribution inputs on individually. optimal factor level determined for each output separately. conflicting requirements foundry can be solved multiple objective optimization. Principal component applied relative importance individual output. Grey relational used convert functions a single function optimization task. utilized combination their towards moulding nano-silica particles additive enhance results have shown that, pose remarkable improvement casting quality.
