摘要: This chapter describes the underlying criteria and assumptions in development execution of bioassays utilizing model systems laboratory. It provides details commentary regarding materials methods used. Describes discusses results significance following: (a) effects duration for individual phenolic acids, mixtures acids combination with other organic inorganic compounds on seedlings growing nutrient soil cultures, (b) interactions seedling roots, bulk-soil rhizosphere microbes, particles, (c) relationships between acid-utilizing characteristics, inhibition, (d) various life stages plants, (e) what happens to acid concentrations over time culture seedling-microbe-soil systems, (f) relevance laboratory field studies.
