摘要: To date, most identifications of the as-quenched microstructure Cu[sub 2]MnAl alloy were performed by using x-ray diffraction method, magnetometry, scanning electron microscopy and resistometry. No transmission (TEM) was used. Therefore, purpose this work is to study TEM. Based on present study, they found that a high density extremely fine 2H-type precipitates could be detected within L2[sub 1] matrix in alloy. The 2H phase has not previously been observed other workers Cu-Mn-Al ternary system.
