摘要: Ultrasonic spot welding (USW) is attracting increasing attentions in joining of dissimilar metals. Previous experimental results show that material plastic deformation and interface friction plays key role for joint formation process. In the present study, theoretical analysis was carried out to study USW copper aluminium. Evolution surface obtained quantitatively. Meanwhile, proposed research flow contact behaviour between faying interfaces specimens. Conclusions can be made resulted tremendous deformation, which beneficial formation. Growth rate decreased as proceeds. Compression stress cyclical shear induced by ultrasonic vibration determined direction degree flow.
