摘要: With its mucosal surface thought to be 200 times the body area, gastrointestinal tract is a major route of exposure pathogenic organisms and environmental chemicals. Food- water-borne chemicals enter via tract. Most agents are ingested; however, some inhaled substances swallowed after being trapped in mucus respiratory Thus, apart from classic role nutrient absorption, must also protect assault (83, 89, 109, 137, 166).
