摘要: Abstract Multilayered samples of ten binary metal systems different overall compositions were bombarded at 77 K by 400 keV Kr + -ions. All have positive heats formation, which means that in thermal equilibrium the miscibility solid state is small. The analysed situ X-ray diffraction using a Seemann-Bohlin arrangement. experiments led to following results: - For Au-Rh, Cu-Rh, and Cu-Ir, whose components all fee structures, continuous series single phase metastable fcc solutions are produced ion beam mixing. Au-Ir, Ag-Ir, Ag-Rh, fee-structures, for Au-Os, Au-Ru, Ag-Os, Ag-Ru, where one component has other hcp structure, an extension terminal solubilities obtained irradiation. Amorphous formation occurred during irradiation Au 50 Ir , 70 Os 30 49 Ru 51 . dependence induced on magnitude heat discussed.
