摘要: Now more than ever, digital applications are essential to accessing genetics services and optimizing their delivery. At this watershed moment, solutions must be balanced with the merits of human interaction, without compromising quality or exacerbating existing genomic technological disparities. As highlighted by COVID-19 pandemic, becoming for provision clinical services. However, as Comment emphasizes, use tools alone can exacerbate disparities face-to-face interactions.
