摘要: Background Vaginitis is one of the most common diseases in reproductive-aged women (15 - 49 years age). Side effects vaginitis can affect other aspects health, which could be prevented by promoting a healthy lifestyle related to vaginal health. Objectives This study aimed at determining impact health-promoting educational intervention on (nutrition behaviors, physical activities, and mental health) health among with vaginitis. Methods The data set was collected as part an experimental conducted 350 Participants were selected through stratified two-stage clustered sampling simple randomization from 10 attending centers affiliated Kermanshah University Medical Sciences five regions (North, South, East, West, Center) (a city western Iran) 2015. Two clinics each region selected; patients first center chosen group second made up control group. To collect data, questionnaire including socio-demographic questions used. designed validated via psychometric process. Educational performed over twenty sessions 25 35 minutes. followed face-to-face education, pamphlet, phone contact, social media. continued routine treatment without contacting Data both groups before six months after intervention. analyzed using SPSS-20 package, independent t-test, paired chi-square test, analysis covariance (ANCOVA) test. confidence interval 95% P Results ANCOVA showed that adjusting for pretest scores, difference between mean scores scale (28.48 ± 0.38) (23.65 1.23) significant (P 0.05). t-test did not show statistical differences two terms demographic characteristics > Conclusions According findings, beneficial three women's Therefore, seems essential having vagina preventing
