摘要: Cellular injury was produced in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells by an inhibitor of the function plasma membrane (PCMBS) or inhibitors respiration (10−4 M antimycin A), glycolysis iodoacetic acid, IAA), oxidative phosphorylation (10−3 2,4-dinitrophenol, DNP) combinations latter a medium with without glucose. The percentage stained vital dye, nigrosin, total dead (combination dye staining and decrease number cells) correlated mitochondrial ultrastructural changes, ATP, Na+, K+, Ca++, Ma++ intracellular water content both controls treated cells. A good negative correlation observed between swollen mitochondria flocculent densities Ca+ moderate ATP When percentages were plotted against nigrosin different type curves obtained metabolic injuries as compared membrane.
