摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes matrix dynamics by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Matrix research is about biological surfaces, so the AFM, which investigates a good instrument for research. The AFM images surfaces at resolutions between sub-nanometer to several nanometers and also senses material properties of through phase imaging in tapping mode AFM. Analysis can be divided into three broad categories. First, fluid has revealed dynamic processes such as movements laminin arms real-time degradation collagen. Second, molecular spectroscopy, fluid, intramolecular forces protein tenascin intermolecular integrin fibronectin. Third, air, most common use analysis, static interactions among macromolecules binding sites human blood factor IX on collagen IV, heparin
