摘要: To create new varieties resistant to biotic and abiotic stress factors that possess high productivity improved fruit quality, breeders require modern breeding methods techniques. Double haploid (DH) lines are an invaluable element due their guaranteed, completely homozygous nature. One of the fastest for obtaining DH is anther culture. Microspore embryogenesis provides considerable opportunities in areas biotechnology represents a model system fundamental biological research. The effectiveness pepper culture still low, which affects application programs. A detailed study process will produce deeper understanding mechanisms underlie switch from gametophyte sporophyte during embryo development. In this respect, genes expressed microspore those control cellular response have key role. This review information about formation together with features practical
