摘要: Ocular toxocariasis (OT) is a zoonotic parasitic infection mainly caused by the intraocular tissue invasion of second-stage Toxocara canis or cati larva. Measuring specific anti-T. antibodies in fluid (IF) can increase OT diagnosis accuracy using Goldmann-Witmer coefficient (GWC). However, there no systemic evaluation GWC application immunological OT. To assess for immunodiagnosis ocular toxocariasis, paired IF and serum samples from 72 patients diagnosed with were retrospectively analyzed IgG enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). values calculated to determine production. Clinical features other laboratory data recorded, their correlations evaluated. Of patients, 60 (83.33%) showed production confirmed GWC, while nonspecific IgE was found 64/69 (92.75%) cases. No significant correlation among clinical Values peripheral blood lower than those regarding screening, vitreous humor increased local compared aqueous samples. Overall, our results indicate that have referential diagnosing toxocariasis.
