摘要: This unit details the materials and methods required for both active induction adoptive transfer of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in SJL mouse strain using intact proteins or peptides from two major myelin proteins: proteolipid protein (PLP) basic (MBP). Detailed purification PLP MBP are also described. Modifications specified protocols may be necessary efficient EAE other strains.
