摘要: SJL/J, PL/J, and (SJL/J x PL/J)F1 mice were immunized with bovine, guinea pig, mouse, or rat myelin basic proteins (MBP) in adjuvant containing Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra. Twenty-four 72 hr later, Bordetella pertussis vaccine was given i.v. All MBP tested induced experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) SJL/J F1 mice; however, bovine inactive PL/J mice.
