摘要: Selenium (Se) is an essential micronutrient contributing to a strong immune system for the prevention of infections and diseases in humans animals. Dietary Se regulates status mediates anti-inflammatory action. Mastitis inflammation mammary gland typically induced through major pathogen S. aureus. The aim present study was determine regulating effect on aureus-induced using mouse mastitis model. Immunofluorescence staining used detect histopathological injury. ELISA cytokine expression, while protein mRNA levels were analyzed Western blotting qPCR analysis, respectively. results showed that deficiency increased inflammatory lesions individuals with aureus infection gland. NO significant increase Se-deficient mice mastitis. accelerated production pro-inflammatory factors reduced IL-10 expression. Furthermore, associated NF-κB pathway. Indeed, suppressed PPAR-γ activity promoted pathway activation. Thus, supplementation could improve NF-κB. These suggest aggravate injury resulting from Moreover, contribute development new or treatment methods other infectious diseases.
