摘要: Luteoloside is a flavonoid extracted from several natural herbs that exhibits anti-microbial and anti-inflammation properties. Our study mainly identified the anti-inflammatory mechanism of action luteoloside in Staphylococcus aureus-induced endometritis. Histopathological observations myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity showed could protect uterus S. damage ameliorate infiltration inflammatory cells. Quantitative PCR (qPCR) ELISA analysis also revealed decrease expression pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 increase cytokine IL-10 both vivo vitro. However, western blot inhibited TLR2 IL-8 phosphorylation IκBα NF-κB p65. Moreover, apoptosis endometrial epithelial cells (EECs), suppressed p53, decreased caspase-3 induced by aureus. Furthermore, this Bax but increased Bcl-2. These results indicate has properties inhibiting signaling pathways plays an anti-apoptotic role endometritis, which may be valuable for clinical treatment inflammation.
