摘要: The Dof (DNA-binding with one finger) proteins are a class of plant-specific transcription factors that can trigger several processes involved in plant growth and development, as well stress responses. Here, we performed a systematic bioinformatics analysis to characterize all genes in common bean, which included the genome sequence, conserved protein domains, chromosomal locations, subcellular phylogenetic relationships, gene duplications, gene expression profiles different tissues. Bioinformatics analysis revealed 36 putative genes related PvDof were classified into seven subfamilies (A, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, and, D2) by comparative analysis. Based on our duplication analysis, total found be distributed 11 chromosomes, and they expanded through duplication tandem, suggesting involvement segmental duplication events evolutionary process. Synteny phylogenetic comparisons bean those A. thaliana, O. sativa, G. max L. led identification several orthologous paralogous genes, provided further insight diversity of characteristics this family other species. Expression most expressed tissues, indicating may involved various physiological functions during development. results study provide additional information potential biotechnological resources for understanding the molecular basis consequently improvement bean crops.
