摘要: The objective of this chapter is to evaluate the role that neovascularization may have in tumor growth and assess present knowledge angiogenesis. New formation a vascular network has been recognized be indispensable for since transplantability neoplastic tissues was first discovered. Increased angiogenic process sought two main purposes: (1) define possible relationship between acquisition capacity by cell population risk its transformation (2) investigate possibilities effectively influencing angiogenesis consequently growth. Both questions will discussed here after pertinent characteristics outlined.
