摘要: Abstract Radiological evaluation of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is often subject to interobserver variability. The aim this study was retrospectively detect computed tomography (CT) texture parameters in the early postictal state predict cerebral vasospasm, delayed ischemia (DCI), and functional outcome aneurysmal SAH using quantitative CT analysis (CTTA) via a commercially available software program routine images. 40 patients with surgically treated at Keio University Hospital during four-year period were analyzed. analyses performed (Synapse Vincent). following blood clots space edema assessed: mean value, entropy, skewness, kurtosis. value significantly associated DCI, outcome. value ≥ 49.64 Hounsfield units (HU) predicted vasospasm sensitivity specificity 85.7% 61.5%, respectively (area under curve [AUC] = 0.758). value ≥ 49.95 HU DCI 100% 60.6%, (AUC = 0.810). value ≥ 53.00 HU poor 56.3% 91.7%, (AUC = 0.747). CTTA demonstrated that could clinical high specificity.
