摘要: Abstract The dependences of the mobility, lifetime deep traps and range for hole- electron-only devices on ratio metal-free phthalocyanine fullerene in co-deposited films were measured by impedance spectroscopy. ranges carriers shown to be independent molecules. A multiple trapping model which disorder molecules gives rise shallow that dominate mobility is proposed. Very long hole electron 0.34 9.4 μm, are enough extract from organic photovoltaic cells, observed.
