摘要: Abstract The effects of doping at concentrations the ppm level in organic photovoltaic cells were clarified using simple n + p -homojunctions. With from 0 to 10 ppm, fill factor increased due appearance majority carriers. From 10 100 ppm, photocurrent density an increase built-in potential, i.e., formation -homojunction. was by a 1.3 directly photoactive co-deposited layer with acceptor molecules concentration 100 ppm.
