摘要: Organic p-i-n homojunctions that function both as ultra violet light emitting diode (peak wavelengths around 375 nm and 415 nm) visible-blind photodiode are reported. They considered the organic counterpart to what has exclusively been known from inorganic semiconductors, yet. The diodes based on ambipolar material 4,4′-Bis(carbazol-9-yl)-biphenyl (CBP) which is p- n-type doped adjacent electrodes. We study emission characteristics of homojunction for varied doping concentrations subsequently focus its photodiode. A superlinear relation photocurrent incident intensity found attributed an intensity-dependent photoconductivity.
