摘要: The presence of neutral DNase activity in bivalves is reported for the first time. enzyme four tissues mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis was analyzed by three different methods (i) specific denaturating SDS-PAGE zymogram, (ii) sensitive single radial diffusion (SRED) assay and (iii) rapid fluorimetric determination with PicoGreen. enough hydrolytic dsDNA hepatopancreas, adductor, gills mantle. Maximal all tissue extracts obtained Ca2+ Mg2+ at pH 7.0 as substrate. decreases order mantle > adductor. displays interindividual variability particular well among within one specimen. In hepatopancreas to distinct proteins expressing neutral, Ca2+, Mg2+-dependent, were detected zymogram. This heterogeneity nucleases involved DNA hydrolysis could reflect food utilization nutrient requirement.
