摘要: Changes in biological markers (biomarkers), at the molecular, cellular, physiological, or behavioral levels, can provide evidence of exposure to toxic effect chemical pollution and radiation. Although biomarkers have been successfully used laboratory field-based exposures for decades, their incorporation into regulatory legislation environmental risk assessment (ERA) has generally lacking. The aim this chapter is show how be as simple, rapid techniques aid an integrated approach management assessment, highlighted a case study using aquatic lugworm Arenicola marina test species.
