摘要: Abstract The development of a highly flexible sequential-injection system for the on-line control fermentation processes is described. developed shows significantly improved flexibility and adaptability to needs particular process be monitored as compared with conventional flow-injection systems. number necessary hardware components has also been drastically decreased, minimal injection volume decreased 3–5 μl allowing dilution an injected sample plug mixing coinjected reagents. A factor can adjusted between 1 100 due controlled dispersion within tube by choosing appropriate volume. Due symmetrical design manifold versatile software, complex profiles obtained that are coinject together reagent or one two standard solutions immediate recalibration. fully automated, specially software package comprises automatic calibration recalibration up 5 solutions, real-time calculation actual concentration values based on most recent data, documentation course, samples from 4 sampling sites variable time basis.
