摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the transparent conductive film for a touch panel which has specific surface resistance and small in heating process also provides light beam transmissivity to wavelength. SOLUTION: This is formed by sequentially laminating layers of an indium oxide(SnO2 )-tin ) sintered compact containing 3-8wt.% tin oxide(In2 O3 10-30wt.% on one high polymer film; 550nm wavelength >=80%, 300-1000Ω/square, variation rate after 0.9-1.1.
