摘要: The ever-unfolding biology of NGF is consistent with a target-derived retrograde mode action in peripheral and central neurons. However, another member the neurotrophin family, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), present within nerve terminals certain regions brain PNS that do not contain corresponding mRNA. Recent studies have shown endogenous neurotrophins, BDNF neurotrophin-3 (NT-3), are transported anterogradely by supply afferents their presynaptic synthesis, vesicular storage, release postsynaptic actions. Anterograde axonal transport provides an 'afferent supply' NT-3 to neurons target tissues, where they function as trophic factors neurotransmitters.
