摘要: This article explores how the university workers of two Finnish universities experienced range neoliberal policymaking and governance reforms implemented in 2000s. These include quality assurance, system defined annual working hours, outcome-based salary work time allocation system. Our point view regarding these practices is based on ideas governmentality research tradition, which means that they can be seen as technologies through ideology, values aims policy are carried out every day at university. draws a survey open-ended questions concerning those managerial techniques. experiences summarised into three themes from perspective performativity culture: techniques confirm culture fabrication, moral dilemmas increase new type bureaucracy their work.
