摘要: Affective subjectivation is a notion that describes the processes by which academics are inclined to turn themselves into manageable subjects within context of precarious academic life. Based on three fictional, realistic stories, topics discussed: precaritisation in academia as an organisation and relationship between managers academics; governing through affect constant ambivalence anxiety self-development; power effects these two together creating neoliberal subjects. Both strategy working with fictional stories analytical stance allows opening up public secrets ways conditions govern lives bodies nowadays. Disclosing those form resistance against violence current affective subjectivation.
