摘要: Growth arrest of human fibroblasts maintained in vitro occurs when the density increases and cells become confluent; this is so-called contact inhibition growth characteristic all normal cells. also at end cell population’s proliferative life span, a state that has been erroneously called senescence but which irrelevant for aging organism since terminal present tissues vivo amounts unrelated to age donor (Macieira-Coelho 1995).
