摘要: Abstract An IgG monoclonal antibody (AN51) was produced against human platelets. The antigen, recognized by AN51 shown to be restricted platelets and megakaryocytes missing on from 6 different Bernard Soulier patients, deficient in platelet membrane Glycoprotein Ib (GP Ib). By immunoprecipitation, it that the antigen has a molecular weight of 150, 000 daltons. nature as GP confirmed crossed Immunoelectrophoresis using lysate, 125 I-AN51-F(ab′)2 rabbit anti-platelet IgG. Furthermore, epitope seems supported Is, soluble part Ib.
