摘要: Natural and synthetic polyelectrolytes have acquired notable importance in recent years due to their increasing application different areas. One of these is downstream process methods which include the recovery, separation, concentration purification target enzymes from natural sources. Polyelectrolytes interact with proteins form soluble or non-soluble complexes. The interaction driven by experimental variables media such as pH, protein isoelectrical value, polyelectrolyte pKa, ionic strength presence salts. necessary precipitate a completely order 10-4 – 10-2 % p/v. Precipitation PE novel technique integrating clarification, initial single step. This chapter presents some properties aqueous solutions tool use them process.
