The phenomena of interpolymer interactions and formation polyelectrolyte complexes focus intensive fundamental applied research. Interpolyelectrolyte combine unique physicochemical properties with high biocompatibility. Studies carried out on many different polymer blends types. Such combinations may possess that are from those individual component. present review emphasizes applicability in technology.
