摘要: We examined the antigenic specificity of two T cell hybridomas elicited against disaccharide galabiose attached to fifth residue I-Ak binding peptide 52–61 lysozyme. By making changes in saccharide molecule and peptide, we conclude that outer galactose moiety is directly recognized by cells together with exposed side chains peptide. The overall spatial display this on likewise important.
