摘要: Wigner crystallisation of two-dimensional electrons in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures is investigated by time-resolved photoluminescence. For the pinned solid, recombination time found to increase exponentially with magnetic field, whereas it remains constant for liquid phase. A phase diagram solid derived from different scales and phases.
