摘要: We have studied the magnetic-field dependence of spectral position luminescence line due to radiative recombination two-dimensional electrons in extreme quantum limit. verify recent theoretical prediction that downward cusps occur at fractional filling factors. From strength these we derive values for Fractional Quantum Hall Effect energy gaps and their on magnetic field.
