摘要: The relationship between the mean energy of a two-dimensional electron gas and first moment their radiative recombination is investigated in regimes integer fractional quantum Hall effects. It shown that magnetic-field dependence provides method to measure cyclotron, enhanced spin quasi-particle gaps at same time. This allows for comparative analysis temperature these gaps. Upon increasing an abrupt thermal collapse observed those which are associated with electron-electron interactions.
