摘要: Abstract Silk fibroin (SF) nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and treated with plasma in the presence of oxygen or methane gas to modify their surface characteristics. The characteristics SF after treatment examined using contact angle measurements XPS analysis. hydrophilicity electrospun decreased slightly CH 4 treatment. On other hand, increased greatly an O 2 -treated showed higher cellular activities for both normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK) fibroblasts (NHEF) than untreated ones.
