摘要: In order to better understand the relationship of processing–structure–mechanical properties in situ TiB whisker reinforced Ti6Al4V (TiBw/Ti64) composites with a novel network architecture, effects sintering parameters on microstructure and tensile were investigated. whiskers highest aspect ratio coarsest obtained at 1100 C 1200 due skips growth speeds along [0 1 0] direction 0 1] [1 directions, respectively. Additionally, claw-like structure can be synthesized from one TiB2 polycrystal parent. The quasi-continuous architecture TiBw/Ti64 achieved higher temperatures more than C. prepared exhibit superior combination properties.
