摘要: Here we present a series of four studies aimed to investigate the link between induced gamma band activity in human EEG and visual information processing. We demonstrated validated modulation spectral power by spatial selective attention. When subjects attended certain stimulus, was increased as compared when same stimulus ignored. In addition, showed shift increase contralateral hemisphere shifted their attention one hemifield. The following study investigated perception Gestalt. Ambiguous rotating figures were used operationalize law good figure (gute Gestalt). found at posterior electrode sites perceived an object. last experiment differential hemispheric activation confronted with emotional pictures. Results experiments combination other presented this volume are supportive for notion that is closely related processing attentional perceptual mechanisms.
