摘要: The torsional performance of reinforced concrete (RC) beam members covered with high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious (HPFRC) composite mortar was evaluated through pure torsion tests. HPFRC has higher compressive strength and split tensile than plain concrete. Four specimens were constructed for the test. Two types section, different materials, used to produce RC specimens. Various (i.e., first-cracking torque, ultimate twist angles) compared experimentally evaluate torque angle at first visible cracking, greater those others. Therefore, use appears a useful method enhance RC-beam members. Moreover, simple design equation determine proposed tested, predicting beams covers mortar. performed well.
