摘要: During the First International Workshop on Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens, eight T cell-specific clusters of differentiation were defined serologically using 70 monoclonal antibodies tested a large panel target cells by each participating laboratories as described in joint report (1). Immunochemical analysis cell surface antigens recognized these antibodies, performed two laboratories, showed strong correlation with established serological (2,3). There are certain limitations interpretation immunochemical results due to weak affinity some detergent-solubilized under conditions used for immunoprecipitation. However, demonstration that bind same molecule provides strongest evidence they belong cluster differentiation. For this reason, included section second was analyzed its ability immunoprecipitate specific radiolabeled antigens. This study molecular basis interpreting and functional studies during Workshop.
