摘要: Abstract The action of the kallikreins on plasma to form a hypotensive and smooth muscle stimulating peptide, substance DK, was first reported by Werle coworkers ( Werle, Gőtze Keppler, 1937 ; Grunz, 1939 ). Subsequent studies Hambuechen, 1943 Berek, 1950 1955 ) showed that act enzymatically α 2 -globulin, called kallidinogen, release renamed kallidin (Werle 1948) . Simultaneously with these investigations, Rocha e Silva, Beraldo Rosenfeld (1949) trypsin some snake venoms are capable releasing from peptide which they bradykinin. Bradykinin formed bovine fraction (Elliott, Horton Lewis, 1961) has been shown be nonapeptide H.Arg.Pro.Pro.Gly.Phe.Ser.Pro.Phe.Arg.OH degradation Lewis Horton, 1960) synthesis (Boissonnas, Guttmann Jaquenoud, Crude preparations bradykinin were found chemically pharmacologically indistinguishable several investigators kehl Koebke, Goldstock, Mathias Schachter, 1957 Schachter 1958; Gaddum 1959 1960 Similar results obtained Van Arman Miller (1961) , notable exception two bradykinins probably kallidins could detected. present report describes isolation incubation human urinary kallikrein acid-treated plasma.
