摘要: Kinins are usually defined as hypotensive polypeptides which contract most extravascular isolated smooth muscle preparations but relax the rat duodenum. also increase vascular permeability, produce pain, and cause bronchoconstriction in guinea pig (Webster, 1970). In addition, structurally related peptides classified kinins even though they may have little or no biological activity.
