摘要: Kinins contribute to the acute inflammatory response and are implicated in pathophysiology of disease. The development therapeutically viable agents that counteract effects kinins is, therefore, potentially very rewarding. Since kinin actions generally mediated via an interaction with cell-surface receptors, one approach is site-specific receptor antagonists. emphasis this review outline our current understanding properties bradykinin receptors potential therapeutic applications for drugs acting at these sites. As a result recent introduction potent antagonists cloning genes, considerable advances research can now be confidently anticipated.
