摘要: Head injury world wide is still the most frequent cause of morbidity and mortality among population under 45 years. Approximately 50% patients dying from severe head have a therapy refractory intracranial pressure rise (Baethmann 1998). Traumatic brain edema, e.g. resulting disruption blood-brain barrier viewed as an important factor increased pressure. Bradykinin, active peptide kallikrein-kinin system considered to enhance edema formation which attributed its permeabilizing effect on dilation arterial blood vessels in mediated by B2-receptors facilitating extravasation.
