摘要: MicroRNAs, also called miRNAs or simply miR-, represent a unique class of non-coding RNAs that have gained exponential interest during recent years because their determinant involvement in regulating the expression several genes. Despite increasing number mature recognized human species, only limited proportion is engaged ontogeny central nervous system (CNS). play pivotal role transition normal neural stem cells (NSCs) into tumor-forming NSCs. More specifically, extensive studies identified some shared between NSCs and cancer (CSCs), namely miR-7, -124, -125, -181 miR-9, -10, -130.
