摘要: We review seven patients with intracranial dural arteriovenous fistulae (ICDAVF), each altering the initial type of venous drainage to one a higher grading during long-term follow-up. Five were discovered due symptoms hypertension, two changes in tinnitus and case following subarachnoid haemorrhage. In five cases, cortical developed follow-up period. Three different mechanisms observed: stenosis or thrombosis draining veins 4 cases: increased arterial flow 2; appearance o new fistula site extension shunt 2.
